While I agree that the operating system wars are not news, nor are they exciting or innovative... to suggest that our rudimentary web as a platform opportunities are the new OS is immature.

Attention everyone.  It's nothing new, but it's a fundamental big industry seems to be forgetting in their social media strategy.

When was the last time you've seen a brand hug, share and have a sincere heart to heart?  Dunder Mifflin had it right, it is all about the human connection!
